I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks on Cooper point and Black Lake Boulevard. It is the only one in the Olympia area that I go to. The service here is impeccable, starting with Siobhan. But I wonder if they did some additional training, because the service I have received in the last few weeks has been off the charts friendly. I love friendly experiences while I go about my day and this Starbucks is really delivering. Bonus points for always getting my order correct....read full review
Baristas here are always hard at work. There is usually no line, due to the Starbucks in the parking lot, bit as that one is constantly closed this one picks up their business. And they usually do so without complaint. Fast and friendly in any circumstance.
I used to buy my coffee from Starbucks all the time, and it was great. Then I moved to Washington, and I was introduced to the many local coffee shops. Everything I knew about coffee changed with the introduction to a wider range of flavors and local selections using less sugar and better prices.
