“I would give a higher score if I could. The team working tonight saved me and went above and beyond. Today was my 10th anniversary and my husband and I had reservations for 6pm. I thought I had placed and order for pick up at 5pm for our son. I arrived to realize I did not finalize my order. The team member said we could put it in now and get it to you in 15 mins. I explained my time issue. the team members on the line heard everything and started assembling my order as I was giving it and before I even paid. by the time I swiped my card - they were in the oven. I was out the door in 6 mins. I am loyal for life. Thank you for saving my night and going above and beyond when it was my fault. ❤ We made our reservation and had an amazing evening. ❤“
