“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Don de la Colombiana 10 stars, I absolutely would! Today my daughter and I decided to try this amazing restaurant, and all I can say is WOW! This has instantly become one of my favorite restaurants in the South Sound. We ordered several different empanadas, and every single one was absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and perfectly prepared. We also tried other menu items, and everything was incredible. The cheese, avocado, sauces, and fillings were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The fresh fruit drinks and flavored waters were some of the best we've ever had—refreshing, delicious, and the perfect complement to our meal. Not only was the food outstanding, but the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in serving authentic Colombian cuisine. If you're looking for something different, flavorful, and absolutely delicious in downtown Olympia, do yourself a favor and visit Don de la Colombiana. “I’m not sure if she was the owner or a staff member, but the woman who took our order had such bright, positive energy and was very friendly. I really appreciated how attentively she took care of us throughout our visit. We ordered the spicy stir-fried squid(오징어볶음) at level 3(spice levels range from 0 to 5) and galbitang(갈비탕). Some people might find it unusual that the galbitang comes with egg, but this style does exist in Korea. I especially remember having it quite often a long time ago. Overall, the side dishes and everything we had were not too salty and suited my taste perfectly. Our first visit was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!“

And we always have gotten very good waitresses or waiters. They have all been very kind and they usually check on you often, even if you just get their refillable soup and salad.“

“Pho Tai is a great spot if you’re looking for good food and excellent service. The food is consistently tasty, and the staff is always friendly and attentive.
The space is a bit tight, but you can usually find a place to sit without much trouble. It’s a solid choice and definitely worth stopping by!“

“I love getting take out from here! They have a huge variety of options. We can find something to suit all the picky eaters in my family. I love their chicken breast teriyaki and salmon nigiri. My fave!
If you haven't, give them a shot. They have nice specials through door dash and fair pricing.“

“What happened to the Madagascar Vanilla Cinnamon Rolls? Did you change the recipe, the type of flour? What happened? The first time I had one was about a month ago. They were outstanding! Fluffy and literally melted in your mouth. I ordered two today. The dough is gritty. A different texture. It's an issue! Lack of consistency concerns me. Absolutely not the same quality as I had before. Either its not the same recipe, a different type of flour or the baker changed. In any case, I'm stuck with two of them. I wish I had a better review.“
