“First visit here and I ordered regular spring rolls, wonton soup and a coke. No complaints, price is fair. As far as service goes, hospitality was there and I found them to be professional, courteous and friendly. The turn around was quick from walking in to completion of my order. The flavor of the foods are unique and i typically get similar dishes at comparable establishments to establish a base line of good, not good. This place is not only good, its flavor is unique to this establishment. Overall I was pleased with everything and look forward to a return visit to try the pad thai!“

“To review, this place is meant to eat in groups and be loud and speak to people. Always better to eat fresh, there are several foods that this is a must. Such is the case with any dumpling. If this place is rude to you I would say you deserve it, or if took longer I promise they are making things fresh or something is a process to cook.

Ignore the negative comments these are just unhappy people.

The server is the only one, works 6 days a week. All of the staff is very friendly, especially if you come often and have proper manners. Everyone loves a regular.

The spicy pork long bao are the best dumplings within 50 miles. However they are not for the faint of heart 🔥🥵♨️“

“I’ve always had good service at Panera. Thursday night went in to place an order to pick up on Friday morning. Was told needed to do it on-line, okay. Placed an ordered for a couple of sandwiches was asked if I had a Panera card. Explained that my wallet was stolen with my card in it. She gave me a new card to activate online. The only problem I only have on email address could not activate the card because the email was taken. Of course it was. Placed my ordered to pick up Friday morning. Received a text message that my ordered was ready. Well arrived at Panera and NO order. Mary the person working the counter said did you look in the rapid order place, I did. Went to get the person in charge they found my order and started working on it. Why did I get a text message it was ready. I started to explain to Mary about my Panera card situation she said “I don’t get involved in any of the card situation “. Pretty much blew me off. Not a good start to my day.“

The fries were a nice compliment but the burger was the star. I usually get seafood but the cheeseburger was a delicious diversion! I’ve been here for a week and I’m about to go back to California, but during my stay, I’ve come here every single day to eat. “Very good soups and best tendon gukbap and super tasty kimchi. Seafood pancakes aren’t as good, but that’s what I get for ordering that at a soup house I guess. Highly recommended! Super busy and we had to wait quite a while for a table but the food came fast once ordered and it was worth the wait. Also, the wait staff was very nice, especially the younger one.“

Kimchi was on the sweeter side but refreshing to accommodate the soups.

“stumbled upon this place and it’s honestly a hidden gem. the broth is super clean but still has that deep beefy flavor without being too salty. i really like that there is no msg and they have gluten free options too, so it feels a lot healthier than other spots.
the beef was tender and they didn't skimp on the portions at all. noodles had a good chew and the herb plate they brought out was fresh and actually green, not wilted.
the owner is a gorgeous woman and the service is really good too. she makes you feel welcome and everything comes out fast. prices are totally fair for the bowl size. definitely a solid go-to spot if you're craving some comfort food“

“We were so pleasantly surprised by this place! Although there’s a decent amount of Thai restaurants in Federal Way, it’s hard to find those of quality. The orange chicken here is now my step-mother’s favorite and the chicken satay is my dad’s favorite. The cashew chicken was great and so was the Thai iced tea that I got! They brought out everything as soon as it was done, which is such a great thing for restaurants to do since I like my food HOT. This is our new go-to spot, hands down!“

He engaged us in a fun n friendly game of number guessing, we talked about football teams and came to a consensus agreement about Raiders being our least favorite haha, the SB halftime show, and overall he delivered such excellent customer service. “Okay, hear me out. I’m very generous on my stars. For teriyaki, I will vote Buxx as the best teriyaki in Seattle, greater Seattle. Many reasons it deserves the 5. It’s like they already know what you’re going to order, because the food comes out so fast no matter how long the wait is. They run a tight crew, I assume. Because it’s been the same people running the place for the 20 years I’ve come here. The prices are great, there are many specials you can choose from if you’re craving for salty & sweet, they have a katsu/teriyaki special. For me, I always get the chicken super combo, for $21, you get the chicken teriyaki, salad & rice, potstickers and an egg roll. The people who run the business are the sweetest people , I think the husband and wife switch off on shifts because they’re always open.“

Kitchen was fast and spotlessly clean, they even had really nice bathrooms. “It's a very nice restaurant with a clean and comfy atmosphere. The staff was very polite and ast and friendly service.. the only complaint I have is that they don't have an option for salad dressing. They only served with their dressing already in the salad.... My mother in law said her spaghetti was served cold and my fiancee said his soup was boiling hot and blistered his mouth . But all in all the food was delicious.“

“I've been dining here for years. Best place for authentic Chinese food in the area. While I've been delighted with everything I've had, my go-to favorites are the wasabi hand-shredded chicken together with pea vine in broth.

They also have American Chinese options if that's your jam, but seriously, consider letting this will be your day to branch out, because this is definitely place to do it!“

“My wife pretty much dislikes teriyaki chicken. However, in a moment of weakness, she said yes to it this time. Since we moved recently, I looked around for a well rated Teriyaki restaurant near us, and Teriyaki house came up. Well, she loved it (and so did I!) but did not care for the sauce. So next time I went in, I asked for the chicken without the sauce, just on the side. Since then, this has been the only place we go for take out. The quality of the food is the best out of all the other Teriyaki places we tried and the couple who own the place are wonderful. I would love to spend a few days in the kitchen watching how this wonderful chef makes these dishes. I've tried several of the other offerings and they are just as excellent as the teriyaki. I look forward to trying more of their fabulous offerings. Highly recommended.“

Dominic was a great, friendly, and amiable server who made fun conversation and seemed super chill. The bartender made my favorite mocktail ever and shook the guava-Fevertree grapefruit for as long as any real cocktail, and with a sprig of mint to boot.

The food was substandard and small. My $18 entree salad with $7 additional chicken was the size of a side. The blackened, grilled chicken was nice and moist, but I wish I had over 4 oz of it. The arugula was crisp as usual but the endive seemed to be near its end and was getting flaccid and brown. I was trying to be healthy but shoulda gone with the yummy looking Space Dust Chicken Sandwich…next time!“
