I stopped in here near my airport gate to get the party started before Vegas. The waitress was so fun & friendly & subbed out flavor for blood orange for my mimosa. The pic you see if of half of the Flatbread! I asked to make it shareable & am so glad i did it was huge & delish. Great spot for a quick pre-game.
When you're stuck in SEA/TAC and want to pay $15 for yesterday's McDonald's fries look no further than Open Space. The service was out of this world but the food and prices were astronomical! It also took 30 minutes and was as cold as outer space. Avoid, my friends. :(

Food and drinks are ok and standard airport food. Drink selection is decent (it’s sneakily owned by Elysian but it doesn’t say it anywhere - it’s just all Elysian beer). Regardless - I get claustrophobic in small airport bars and this place has a ton of “open space” (haha) and huge windows to watch the planes take off.
