I’ve always had good service at Panera. Thursday night went in to place an order to pick up on Friday morning. Was told needed to do it on-line, okay. Placed an ordered for a couple of sandwiches was asked if I had a Panera card. Explained that my wallet was stolen with my card in it. She gave me a new card to activate online. The only problem I only have on email address could not activate the card because the email was taken. Of course it was.

The place is always clean. Food is good and employees very polite
Finally decided to try it again after about 20 years. While service is great and restaurant is clean, the food is pricey. I had the grilled cheese (they didn't have an option with ham) and tomato soup. I only ordered 1/2 sandwich but received a full. Food is good if a little rich for my tastes. It came as 2 pages with 2 bags of chips ( only needed 1) and was charged for 2 meals instead of a combo. $22.00.
