The staff was very polite and ast and friendly service.. the only complaint I have is that they don't have an option for salad dressing. They only served with their dressing already in the salad.... My mother in law said her spaghetti was served cold and my fiancee said his soup was boiling hot and blistered his mouth . But all in all the food was delicious.“

If you want soup with variety of accompaniments this place fits the bill.

The fries were a nice compliment but the burger was the star. I usually get seafood but the cheeseburger was a delicious diversion! “Surprising unexpected delight by the side of a busy road with not a lot of foot traffic between Swedish Hospital and Virginia Mason! I think more could be done with the decor, and it was understaffed, but the food was AMAZING! I can see why it is so highly rated - the meat is perfectly bribed or seasoned or whatever magic they do to make it tender and infused with flavor throughout. We had the Gyro plate and the Beef Shwarma plate along with the Baba Ganoush - each was excellent in their own way, and the garlic dressing in the accompanying salads is to kill for. “stumbled upon this place and it’s honestly a hidden gem. the broth is super clean but still has that deep beefy flavor without being too salty. i really like that there is no msg and they have gluten free options too, so it feels a lot healthier than other spots.
the beef was tender and they didn't skimp on the portions at all. noodles had a good chew and the herb plate they brought out was fresh and actually green, not wilted.
the owner is a gorgeous woman and the service is really good too. she makes you feel welcome and everything comes out fast. prices are totally fair for the bowl size. definitely a solid go-to spot if you're craving some comfort food“

“Everything is high quality here, I got the hottest possible broth and while it did have quite a kick, it wasn't painful. However, I am Mexican so my spice tolerance might be higher. Service was great, got the bottomless milk tea and they returned to refill it frequently. The sauce bar does cost extra, but it was worth it in my opinion. Overall fantastic experience, if I'm ever in Seattle again I'll definitely return!“

“Had a hankering Sunday evening for an elite Lobstah Roll while in Newport, RI so I did a lil internet searching and Luke's was consistently at the top of the list. Checked out their menu online and saw they offered a Lobster Roll flight! SOLD! Off I went to find parking and get an order ASAP. Found Luke's on the corner on the Wharf and got to ordering with a quickness. Lobster Roll Sampler with three 2 oz half-rolls: lemon butter, spicy honey butter, and truffle butter w/ chips and a soft drink. Choice of Sea Salt or Sea Salt and Vinegar Kettle Chips, and choice of beverage. I got the Sea Salt and Vinegar (duh) and Blueberry Lemonade in a glass bottle. The lobster in their rolls comes cold, but for a $1 upcharge, you can get it warm, which is my preference. I also got an affordably priced Poppy Seed Slaw. Folks - these Lobster Rolls deserve top billing on "Best Of" lists. My fav might have been the truffle butter lobster roll. It adds something I never knew a lobster roll was missing, but they were all delectable. The roll makes the roll, though. Buttery sourdough with the perfect thin layer of crisp. All flavors were well-balanced and left me wanting more, even though it was plenty food to make a satisfying meal with maybe/maybe not room for dessert. I honestly didn't get any dessert nearby because I didn't want to lose the taste of what I just had! The Poppy Slaw was different, but in a good, not-too-different way. It was a little on the dryer side for my liking, but I liked it just the same. I am sorry to other local Lobster Roll vendors because I don't think I'll try anywhere new on my next visit. It'll be Luke's, no doubt. I might even make a special trip just for the rolls sooner rather than later, but that time I will try the chowder too!“

“What a wonderful spot and a perfect stop after visiting Kubota Garden. The dining room was clean and spacious, and the service prompt and friendly. The bun bo hue was delicious and a welcome change from the salt bomb broths I’ve become accustomed to from Vietnamese noodle soups in Seattle. The flavors were nuanced and not too heavy or salty. I especially enjoyed the tender pork knuckle and the (homemade?) small meatballs flecked with what tasted and appeared to be makrut lime leaves. An easy place for kids - my 5 year old slurped up his plain pho.“

It’s like they already know what you’re going to order, because the food comes out so fast no matter how long the wait is. They run a tight crew, I assume. Because it’s been the same people running the place for the 20 years I’ve come here. The prices are great, there are many specials you can choose from if you’re craving for salty & sweet, they have a katsu/teriyaki special. For me, I always get the chicken super combo, for $21, you get the chicken teriyaki, salad & rice, potstickers and an egg roll. The people who run the business are the sweetest people , I think the husband and wife switch off on shifts because they’re always open.“

“Mike’s Noodle House is a pretty decent spot if you’re craving comforting Cantonese-style food.

We ordered the congee, and it had the right texture, smooth, comforting, and well balanced. The beef brisket noodle soup was also good. The brisket was flavorful, tender, and cooked really well. The only thing we would change is the noodles, which we thought could’ve been cooked a little less for a better texture.
