I like that this place gives you an order sheet to customize your meal. I ordered a congee bowl with century egg and pork, along with steamed tripe. The congee had a clean, mild flavor—a little bland for my taste, but soy sauce, chili oil, and ground pepper were available to season it to my liking.
Been coming here for the last 20 years since I was little with my family. Every time I visit home it’s a must stop. Excellent food and the owners are great people. One of my favorite Seattle restaurants. The beef noodle Szechuan bowl is a MUST.
The build-your-own noodle soups here are great, and the wontons here are the best in the city! Bigger than a golf ball-sized pork and shrimp wontons have whole small shrimp, wrapped in a very delicate wonton wrapper. I get my wonton soup with the spicy Szechuan broth which is a special request they don't mind accommodating, it's incredible! One of my top 5 things to eat in Seattle. The service is very friendly.
