I absolutely love this place. Spendy? Yes, but the quality of this food is exceptional and clearly shows why it is spendy. I have gotten to know the staff as well as me and my family are regulars! For me, this is the only hot pot place I will go to in Seattle. I know everytime I come in I am getting a superb meal.Vegetarian options: You don't have to order meat at all. Great experience and service. My only warning is to order less. We were a party of two and not prepared for how big the portions were. We didn’t want to waste food but it was literally more than we could eat and we couldn’t take it to go (we weren’t going to be able to get back home to put it in the fridge for several hours), so it was either eat it or let it go to waste. Incredible restaurant with nearly everything you could want for hot pot. They provide disposable aprons to protect your clothing; I very rarely see them outside of Asia, so it's pretty neat. The broth is delicious, so be sure to save some space for it!
