i haven’t had hot pot before and this was a great first experience! the staff was very accommodating of veganism. there is a few broth options, and MANY vegetable, noodle, tofu, and mushroom options for the hot pot. i got the tomato broth with potatoes, enoki mushrooms, tofu skins, and sweet potato noodles. the broth was very flavorful, and all the add-ins we picked were delicious. i recommend here for a fun hot pot experience.

I’ve tried many hot pot places in Seattle, and Chengdu Memory is still my favorite. The flavor is authentic, the sauce bar has plenty of choices, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Always a good experience here!
This is the best hot pot I've ever had in Seattle, with an excellent cost-performance ratio. Trust me, you will definitely love it here
