Excellent spice Chinese Hotpot place to go. Kids friendly, plenty of choices for spice and no spice dishes. Kids like the buffet style of salad bar and snake bar as well.

I absolutely love this place. Spendy? Yes, but the quality of this food is exceptional and clearly shows why it is spendy. I have gotten to know the staff as well as me and my family are regulars! For me, this is the only hot pot place I will go to in Seattle. I know everytime I come in I am getting a superb meal.Vegetarian options: You don't have to order meat at all. I bring vegetarian friends over and we split the pots to make sure no cross contamination, and that their soup base is vegan.

Great experience and service. My only warning is to order less. We were a party of two and not prepared for how big the portions were. We didn’t want to waste food but it was literally more than we could eat and we couldn’t take it to go (we weren’t going to be able to get back home to put it in the fridge for several hours), so it was either eat it or let it go to waste. I liked the Chinese pop music soundtrack. Waiters were awesome and there were lots of free items for people while waiting. I went with a friend who is from Sichuan and she enjoyed it.Parking: We went during lunch on a weekday and it was very easy to find free parkingKid-friendliness: A family had a kid (who was very loud) but it was lunch so what are you gonna do?

Incredible restaurant with nearly everything you could want for hot pot. They provide disposable aprons to protect your clothing; I very rarely see them outside of Asia, so it's pretty neat. The broth is delicious, so be sure to save some space for it!

Amazing and most unique hot pot place I've experienced! The food was absolutely delicious and portions are huge! You can create you're own sauces and there's a little bar with appetizers and other stuff. Service was also incredible because they are very attentive and even wrap your jackets/coats with plastic on your chair so they don't get stained! Bathrooms are kind of awesome too because they had toothbrushes, toothpicks, hair ties, etc. anything you need to freshen up, which I have never seen before. You will be waiting (we waited about an hour and a half)on the weekends, so I highly recommend to go on a weekday!

Parking: A nice but busy hotpot restaurant, need to have a group from 4 for table reservation and to present at same time for entering. You have 2 hours dining, the sauce and snacks are great.

Amazing everything. Good food, exceptional service. There is apron to avoid oil splash, cloth spray to remove hot pot smell, nail polish while waiting lol. The staff puts protective cloth over your jacket on your seat. I also received chinese new year bowls as gift.

Delicious hot pot! The spicy beef broth (we got medium spicy) and mushroom broth were fantastic. Excellent service. I will definitely come back when I visit Seattle.I would suggest adding more numbing (Szechuan) to the spicy beef broth.

Delicious food and fun high energy atmosphere! The spicy broth is sooo hot (but good)! Recommend doing a split pot with a less spicy broth to cool off between bites.

The atmosphere is very good, very Sichuan and feels like hometown. The service is also good, very good in Seattle. If I'm sorry Happy Lamb, there is still too much to improve.I have to comment on the taste of the soup base first. The butter pot is really bland. The ingredients should be similar to one bag of mild spicy and two bags of spicy. I feel that the ingredients are not stir-fried and the various seasonings feel like they are used. The sharp feeling of being unconvinced is like being escorted into a pot. But because we ordered it slightly spicy, the amount of seasoning was small and the pot was large, which made it feel light and light. So the whole bottom of the pot tastes light and unconvincing. So in a place like this, spiciness is standard. If you choose other options, the taste and spiciness will be increased or decreased at the same time.We mainly ordered beef and mutton, and overall the quality was quite satisfactory, similar to that of Haidilao's. The short crispy pork is very fragrant and there is a bit too much flour. There are no suitable small bowls for soup, only small plates, which is a bit strange. In short, there is nothing amazing about it, but there is nothing particularly dissatisfying either. If I were asked to make a special trip, I don’t think it would be necessary. If I happen to be passing by and have nothing to do, I can go. It feels similar to Nan Hot Pot.

My experience at Chengdu Memory was quite disappointing. The excessive wait time of around 2 hours left a sour taste in my mouth before even getting to the table. The hot pot experience which I had high hopes for fell short (very short) of expectations. The flavors lacked the authenticity I anticipated making the dining experience rather lackluster. The close seating arrangement with minimal privacy next to other guests was uncomfortable. It felt cramped and hindered any chance of having a relaxing meal. Despite the inconvenience, the only consolation was the free little gifts. However, the offerings like a hairband and phone wipe were underwhelming and failed to make up for the overall subpar experience.Regrettably, Chengdu Memory did not live up to its potential and I would hesitate to recommend it based on my disappointing visit.
