Definitely some of the best Pho I’ve had ! Spring rolls were super good to!

Pho 25 is a solid casual spot! Got takeout ... the medium rare beef pho tasted good and definitely better than average, though the large portion felt pretty small for the price and the flavor wasnt super deep.
In many places when I get a large, I would get 1.5x what my 'large' portion was.
