About Mike's Noodle House

Mike's Noodle House in Seattle's China Town offers reasonable prices and authentic Chinese dishes like wonton with pork and shrimp. Known for their noodle brisket and wonton, the menu provides familiar Hong Kong flavors at fair prices. The savory broth and rich seafood options receive high praise, despite the cash-only policy. This place specializes in noodles and congee, with customers praising the silky noodles, delicious fish cakes, and flavorful chili oil. The beef brisket noodle, taro congee, and pumpkin congee are popular menu items. While the wait can be long during peak hours, the all-female crew provides a bonus experience, and the restaurant is a great place to grab a quick, though not cheap, bite.

Decent food but too much lye water smell (I guess they do not wash lye water away when the noodle is cooked though there are people who likes their noodle that way, haha). Their noodle seems a bit overcooked but this could be our preference too. Long waiting but their wonton and dumplings are worth the waiting.
