Like any other chain company, it's hit or miss. Just depends on who is working that day and what mood they're in. Service was poor and they were unhelpful when my gift card had issues.I ordered a hot, Caramel Crunch Latte since I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago at Panera Bread at The Landing and it was delicious! "Not free" birthday pastry.The kiosk offered me a free pastry for my birthday month, but all it did was discount the pastries. My free item would cost me $2.50!Oh well. I like Panera and eat there often, but hey, don't offer something "free" then charge for it ???
