I am a regular at this Red Robin for years. Every Saturday I am there. I like my fries crispy and the regular bartender knows this and goes down and makes sure the cooks do it correctly. On 7/5/25 the bar had a sub in as bartender so I made sure to tell him my preference for my fries. When my meal came out, the fries were soggy so he sent them back. Even with manager assisting they were a little understaffed but everything worked out great. Great food and service, left with a full tummy and satisfied.
Great burgers, fresh food, and friendly service. Everything came out hot and tasted really good. The burgers were juicy, fries were fresh, and the drinks were nice too. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, with a relaxed family atmosphere. We had a very good experience and would come back again.
