My server was great. My food should have been hotter, and I would have preferred fries ? over chips, but it wasn't an option, I guess, and they don't have cocktail sauce for shrimp offer a sauce with shrimp always. I was disappointed and can't speak for my brother but he didn't seem happy

Worked here years ago. . . This was their flagship store for a while. In their haday, my friends and I would go there after a Friday Night Lights football game. After the last time I was there, it's a bit difficult to order any hot food from them.
Very slow service, I asked for a drink 4x and waited over an hour for it, and the cheese dip for the fries came after we finished eating. They served my husband first and left me without a drink forever and I asked 3 people, 4 times for it. They even refilled his drink before bringing mine.

Got a whiskey bbq wrap and was not up to par at all.Ate half and just quit, chewy chicken and not much flavor.Also fries came half burnt and soggy looking.Waitress was nice and they had pretty quick service but my food sucked.No reason to contact your establishment since I'm not ever going back to a Red Robin again.My co-workers food looked great while mine looked like they put no effort into it.Just threw some small portion of old fries on my plate with a tiny wrap.I worked as a cook for over 6yrs at an established restaurant and would never had sent something like that out to a customer, especially at 15$ a plate!
