New Sushi & Teriyaki Reviews
under L&I disgusting place, refused to pay my sister, owner doesn't wash their hands, and the owner didn't ask for my sisters food handlers card so I assume that the other employees working their don't have food handlers cards.
Do not recommend! Disgusting place . No one wears gloves , hair nets , they use Clorox on bento boxes with the same rags they use to wipe off dirty towels , towels are rarely washed . Cooked chicken sitting in the fridge for days . Owner is very rude , yells at customers and None of the employees get paid tips , currently going under L&I for not paying one of the friends , and refusing too .
Terrible service. Made the wrong rolls for bento box. Made me give the food I had touched back in exchange for the right food. Apparently they are going to use food I have touched for someone else. Never will come here again. Front staff is incompetent. Worst experience I have ever had.

New Sushi & Teriyaki is a restaurant that serves a wide variety of dishes. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, with the front-of-house team going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The Bento Boxes are a popular option, offering a generous portion of main dish, rice, and sides, including soup, salad, and gyoza. Customers often praise the excellent rice bowls and the friendly owners. The restaurant also offers a range of sushi options, including California rolls, though some find the sushi not outstanding but still good.
Portions are large, and the prices are reasonable, making it a convenient and affordable place to eat. The staff is super friendly and enjoys talking with guests. The dining area is clean, and the bathrooms are maintained well. Many customers appreciate the take-out service, citing the abundance of food and good value for money. Some have noted that they wish fried rice had more vegetables, but are happy to pay extra for it. Despite some minor issues with orders and service, the restaurant remains a popular spot for regular visits.
