The freaky fast needs to be removed from this location, unfortunately. The subs and wrap were good, but... We stood in line for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. There were 2 people in front of us with the same experience. I truly understand that sometimes snags come up and more hands are needed at the sub making area, however, customers coming in should be acknowledged with a "we will be right with you, I'm really sorry for the wait" or something similar. They always get my order right and the people who work there are always very friendly!Vegetarian options: I'm a vegetarian and they have a veggie sandwich option and yummy pickles.Kid-friendliness: My kids love the food

I love JJ's...but this location is lacking. They are much slower than other locations and the staff isn't very helpful. It's 2 miles from where I live which is a bummer bc I mostly end up ordering from the one across town bc of the issues I've encountered. I've sent feedback on their website about this mutiple times but nothing has happened! I hope they improve!
