Stopped here to order food to take home. BF and I both ordered Bento Boxes. I thought our main dish (I got chicken teriyaki, he got beef teriyaki) would be a reduced amount since it's a bento box, but we got 2 scoops of rice and a normal serving of meat. Also received 8 pieces of california roll pieces each, as well as soup, salad, and 5 pieces of gyoza (you could have chosen 2 egg rolls or tempura instead of gyoza). It was SO MUCH FOOD. Enough for 3 meals each. I wasn't a fan of their boba too much because it was over blended and all the tapioca stuck to each other. Will definitely be back for more take out though.

Has the owner even bothered to change, or is this place just spiraling downhill? I ordered a meal for my dad back in January and was absolutely disgusted to find some kind of hair in it. I called them to complain, and guess what? Absolutely NOTHING happened. It's beyond disappointing. Since that horrifying incident, I refuse to order from here again. It's appalling to witness such blatant disregard for basic hygiene and customer satisfaction. Clearly, the owner couldn't care less about food quality, customer service, or any other crucial aspect of running a restaurant. My family wouldn't touch this place with a ten-foot pole anymore.

Bento boxes are great. The chicken is the bomb and so is the sushi roll and eggroll. Employee/owner is courteous and responsive. Kimchee is good.

under L&I disgusting place, refused to pay my sister, owner doesn't wash their hands, and the owner didn't ask for my sisters food handlers card so I assume that the other employees working their don't have food handlers cards.

Do not recommend! Disgusting place . No one wears gloves , hair nets , they use Clorox on bento boxes with the same rags they use to wipe off dirty towels , towels are rarely washed . Cooked chicken sitting in the fridge for days . Owner is very rude , yells at customers and None of the employees get paid tips , currently going under L&I for not paying one of the friends , and refusing too .

The food here is excellent (love the rice bowls) and the owners are friendly. My only gripe is that prices are getting a little up there. They used to be my "go-to affordable option" and now they're my "maybe I'll spend a little extra every once in a while" option.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but when it comes to possibly making people sick, I feel like I need to let others know. I ordered the orange chicken bento box and the orange chicken was the WORST. It tasted terrible, so bad I hope I don't get sick from the little that I had. I will not be going back for sure. Customer services wasn't the best either I felt like I was inconvenience to them. The whole experience was just terrible.

Ordered Salmon Teriyaki with Vegetables. The Salmon was 1/4 the size of the salmon served at SouruTeriyaki. The girl who took my order was so rude. The food was mediocre at best for the price we were charged. Never going back! Souru is 100% better then this place and the customer service at Souru is way better.

Place the call in order when I called. I was put on hold No big deal when I come to pick up my order. I am in line the cashier decides to put me on hold while taking an on the phone order. Then then as I pick up my order. It sits behind the counter while they attend to other people. Ipatiently wait for my food as it gets cold. I watch as they hand me the bag that's been sitting under-the-counter for the last 10 minutes.
