“My friend and I stopped at the old hwy 99 for a quick brunch. Right as we walked in we took note of the interior. It’s cozy and cute! We were greeted promptly and kindly. It’s a seat yourself, we took a seat and someone was with us in literally a minute after sitting. She was warm and friendly and brought us water and menus right away. The prices were very affordable and everything looked delicious. I ordered the eggs Benedict and it was one of the best bennys I’ve ever had. Compliments to the very talented chef! Everything about this experience was wonderful and I will be returning.”

“We have been in twice, both times were great. The food is good, love the pizza crust! The service is great, the drinks were great and the building is so neat, there are so many cool pictures and decor to check out. We definitely recommend trying 1776!”

“Finally made it for dinner. So yummy . Had chicken with fettuccine in creamy pesto sauce and a yummy nonalcoholic drink. The nonalcoholic drinks aren’t on the menu but just ask. My husband had shrimp fettuccine. Both so yummy and big portions. I still have half of mine. The breakfasts are so good too! Highly recommended”

“The only reason i recommended black bear to anyone is for the coffee. But the owner zeke is an absolute creep and gets way to touchy and hands on with some of his baristas. I worked there back in 2016 or so and had the worst experience with him as he asked if I wanted help changing my shirt and bra and then touched my boob telling me "sorry you had a hair" told me he only hires girls with big boobs and that's why I got hired. Told me my moms boobs were big when she came through the stand as well. Never said anything cuz nobody else wanted to come forward and say anything so I left it but come to find out just a month or so ago he did it to a friend of mine that worked there. I hope nobody else experiences this with him and he truly does stop cuz its disgusting and so unprofessional.”

“The most authentic food ive ever had in my life and thats saying something. Ive experienced a lot of authentic Mexican dishes growing up & the food stopped me in my tracks. The flavor of the food was out of this world and I found myself, savoring every single bite. It will make you not want to go anywhere else!”

“I could use review fillers like “great atmosphere”, and that would be true. BUT, the real reason I’m writing this review is… if you like bacon cooked to order, this is your place. “I was one of the original beer tenders at this tap house. There were a lot of growing pains, a lot of hardship and camaraderie to make it work. That was then, now it looks like the beers are still cold and delicious, they've got cocktails (Which was a controversial take at the time, but it looks like they went high end with em which is awesome) and even though they took my favorite bratwurst off the food menu, I must say, their chef has his ducks in a row and the food is absolutely a must have for foodies in the area. Bravo, Juice Box. You're killing it.”

“We stopped for lunch on a Sunday. We were hungry. We considered ordering two burgers, one for each of us. The wonderful server recommended we split a burger with onion rings, and a basket of fries. I asked for extra crispy fries and she said “That’s how we do them here.”
Her recommendations were spot on. The bacon and blue cheese burger was delicious and the fries were some of the best crispy fries I’ve ever had. They cut the burger in half, split the onion rings, and served all that on two separate plates. Gosh! Such wonderful service AND food!
This is a great half way point between Vancouver/Portland and Seattle AND since it’s east of I-5 we didn’t have to fight all the traffic around the outlet stores.
We will return for sure.”

“We stopped by en route to Portland from Bellevue and ordered the fish tacos and the shrimp tacos. It came with a side of rice and beans. Everything was delicious and most importantly fresh, from the tortillas to the fish and condiments. It’s approximately a 7 minute detour from the highway and in a very unassuming place, but we loved it.”

“We have been here a few times and took my teenager to experience their delicious subs. He is a meatball sub fiend and completely DEVOURED his sub. The Purple Haze sub is out of this world! My boyfriend got the Seattle Blues sub and his mind was blown. Afterwards, my boyfriend and son got the House and Butterfinger shake and they were incredible. The service is always wonderful and the staff are so kind. We live in Tumwater and we will go out of our way to eat here. This place is wonderful and highly recommend!”

“Love the coffee flights, they switch them out every month so it’s exciting to go in and try the new ones, they also have the best cold brew by far, not watery at all and if you get it with the sweet cold foam it is perfect! Definitely check it out!”

“It was my first time ordering and coming to Vans burger.

Ordered a chocolate milk shake, a burger and two order of fries. The burger was so big that I was able to share it with my daughter.
Shake was in a small cup.
Microphone is a bit old so you hard to speak a little louder and clear for them to capture your order.

Please be nice to the people working here, the time I went it was super busy and someone behind me was being a bit rude to them. The lady at the window who takes the payment is also the same person who is taking down the orders.
