“Lena assisted with my order when the other store did not make it She offered to make my order herself and it was ready when I arrived. I was greeted with big smiles by Lena, Chloe, and O.T. Great experience I will return to this store for my future orders from now on“
“I ordered an order while in line and sat down. The team continued to make everyone’s orders behind me and mine was forgotten about. I spoke with a gentleman who was cleaning and asked about my order. He said he would look into it and found the ticket in the back forgotten about. They continued to make everyone’s orders that were placed after mine and I am still waiting 40 minutes after I placed the order through the app while I was in store. I am not too happy about the service and it is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
I spoke to the site shift lead and she did amazing and calmed me down.“
