“I absolutely LOVE this location! Best in the state IMO! Some of the staff even know me by name which is probably bad but feels good!

I’ve only ever had one goof where someone put lettuce in my chipotle cheesesteak bowl (I don’t eat bread) which definitely sucked but every other experience has been amazing! They’re always friendly and efficient and the food is typically very good quality whereas I have had very negative experiences at the one in Lakewood and further up Meridian here in Puyallup. There’s a reason we go back to this location time and again!“

They're always on point. Polite. Efficient. Never messed up an order. Patient. Will do it your way and even fix what someone else screws up.

This is the BEST Jersey Mike's between Tacoma and Bellevue and I will die on that hill.

“After reading the reviews left for this Jersey Mike’s location and being shocked I have to leave my review. I’m not sure why this location is rated so low. I’ve been treated so well here that I’ve become a regular. I’ve never had any problems with the customer service that I’ve received or with my sandwich. In fact I’d say each and every time I go they have gone above and beyond for me. Yes it’s a lot of kids working there and sometimes it’s new people being trained and I’ve still never had a bad experience. Don’t let these bad reviews run you away. Maybe it’s an entirely new crew now. I’m not sure. But I haven’t had a bad experience yet. The place is always clean and the line at lunch time always moves fast. My sandwich is always made the way I like it and taste amazing every single time.“
