“I got an Uber eats order from here the other day, and I messed up my order. Im allergic to onions but my partner loves them. I put no onion on the wrong sandwhich. I called and spoke to a really sweet gal who said she would make sure to correct it for me. Normally I struggle asking for no onion, most places still put it on even if I call. This was not that experience. Both our sandwiches were perfect and I couldn't be happier. So nice on the phone and total follow through. I wish I knew her name for this shout out!“

They're always on point. Polite. Efficient. Never messed up an order. Patient. Will do it your way and even fix what someone else screws up.

This is the BEST Jersey Mike's between Tacoma and Bellevue and I will die on that hill.

“Sandwiches were good. They had run out of bread except for wheat. It's not a problem with me. I like the Rosemary Parmesan most of the time. They were out of pepperoni, to which I was offered extra meat of any other assortment of theirs, I chose xtra salami. They were short staffed, it seemed, and had about 5 orders either in line or being prepared. Also it was about 15 minutes till 9pm closing, the staff did a great job with the accommodation of the outages in their stock and were able to get the job done for the day.“
