“Service was nice and we didn't have to wait for a table. Only thing was food took awhile to get for 2 people at the table but they ended up giving some free appetizers for the wait. Overall the service itself was really good and the workers were friendly. Good experience overall.“

“Just visited tonight and as always, loved the food and service! Super sweet waitresses and delicious food. I ordered the beef teriyaki bento box and a plate of crab rangoons. My friend ordered the beef bulgolgi. We were both surprised at the fast service and generous portions. It's not often that my friend and I get to go out to eat, but I'm so glad that we chose koibito 🤤“

“Koibito One Sushi & Teriyaki has become one of my favorite restaurants. I've done takeout and had food delivered on multiple occasions. I've tried various sushi rolls, tempura (shrimp and veggie), teriyaki chicken and salmon, salads, and hot entrees. The food is always delicious!“

“10/10 AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING Service by Jameson today. My partner and I have food allergies (I have a gluten allergy and he has an allergy to gluten, eggs, and dairy) and not only did they go ABOVE AND BEYOND to let us know what was safe and what was not but even made my partner special rolls. Jameson has started creating a menu of the safe food for us with these allergies!! Cannot say enough good things about this Sushi restaurant 🫶🫶🫶 keep up the amazing work y'all!!!“

“Got the chicken breast teriyaki I think if I got the regular chicken teriyaki it would have been a larger portion of protein but I'm not sure.
It was good though and they gave me plenty of rice since I didn't get veggies.“

“My friends and I had an amazing experience at Trapper’s Sushi, and a huge part of that was our sushi chef, Angel. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly talented at what she does. Every roll she prepared was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
What really made the experience stand out was Angel’s personality. She was engaging, attentive, and took the time to make us feel welcome while offering great recommendations. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her craft and her guests’ experience.
The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, and Angel made our visit memorable from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who combines such skill, professionalism, and warmth. We left impressed and already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Angel, for an incredible dining experience! 🍣✨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“From mine n my roommates regular HT#3. Roommate likes the bigger menu and food but #3 is alot more relaxing. the remodel is nice but it seems to have cut least a 1/3 of seating guess you needed the added kitchen space 👍. I've been coming to this location since atleast 2013. when my family would come and get unlimited sushi for birthdays had a sake bomb aswell. today (04/25/21) I had the "Bad Girl" roll extremely yummy. also had the crab rangoons which were good aswell.“

“I moved to Olympia in 2022 and began looking for good restaurants. After going to 4 Japanese I hit on Kamakura and have been returning there at least 1X/week. Great rolls, rice is perfectly executed, the Drunken Noodles with shrimp are AMAZING(every time). The staff is so kind and accommodating (makes me feel relaxed) The only thing I feel want for is more seaweed in the miso soup. This restaurant reflects everything with a touch of Japanese family tradition. The prices are fairly set and reflect the quality of food. So this is “my go to” Japanese place in Olympia“

“I love getting take out from here! They have a huge variety of options. We can find something to suit all the picky eaters in my family. I love their chicken breast teriyaki and salmon nigiri. My fave!
If you haven't, give them a shot. They have nice specials through door dash and fair pricing.“

“The Sushi House has wonderful bathrooms. I am also partial to the simplicity of it all. It's brightly decorated, fully serviced, and delicious.
Hands down, better than Aya Sushi, and leagues above that trap house in downtown Olympia - Asahi
Family-friendly and fast, Sushi House is the ideal choice.
The Pepper Tuna roll is to die for. I can confidently say that I have never had anything that didn't deserve a 5-Star rating at this establishment. I get Fried Gyoza, Miso Soup, Edamame, and 3 rolls. Be sure to ask your waitress if she has a new favorite and try that!
P.S - Aya is great for first dates or to treat your new mistress. Sushi House is for your wife and family.“
