The omakase experience is where Sushi Kuma really shines. Not only is the price amazing for what you get, but the sheer abundance and variety make it feel like a full culinary journey. I’m used to the traditional omakase style where you’re served piece by piece, but here it felt so much more thoughtful and generous. There were starters, appetizers, beautifully prepared sashimi, a wide selection of nigiri and sushi, incredible entrées, and even dessert to finish things off. The chicken katsu is so good it’s his favorite and the cream cheese wontons are TO DIE FOR❤️ this place is a great option if you want good sushi but don’t want to pay and arm and a leg at trappers!
