“This place is a little hidden gem! The food was fresh and hot and customer service was great. The portions for the fried rice are on the larger side but can be shared between two people or taken as leftovers. The restaurant itself is pretty small and wish they had some kind of music playing or something. It was so quiet and made it a little awkward lol. Our favorite dish was the crispy chicken. We will definitely be back!“

“The music is nice, and the sushi bar has a beautiful light grain wood stain. They add garnish and floral decorations to their dishes which is a nice touch on presentation. Staff are sweet and respectful.
I enjoyed eating here and the gentleman behind the counter let me know they've been here for almost a year which was a pleasant surprise. It's nice to see a traditional style sushi bar in Bonney Lake.“

“My favorite chicken teriyaki place in town! The owners are absolutely sweet hearts and very hard workers. It’s always fast and very fairly priced. I can also tell the actual chicken is a higher quality than some of the other places in town which taste like it’s from a can. I eat her 2X a week and have never been disappointed“

“The BEST, MOST authentic yakisoba. Lived in Okinawa Japan for several years, loved the Yakisoba. This is the only place I've found that makes it correctly. Wonderful! Egg rolls are wonderful as well. The service is awesome. Staff are amazing.“

“Friendly service, food is great, plenty of selections; Korean, Chinese, and Japanese foods in one place. I had the spider roll and the Mongolian Beef. I didn’t order the combos on purpose but who knew the Japanese food and Chinese food complimented each other very well. Talking about a great service, my wife order the sesame balls for a dessert. 2 of 5 were a bit under cooked somehow. We broke them a part but didn’t eat them. One other staffs walked by and asked if we didn’t like. My wife told her those 2 seemed like they are not full cooked so we didn’t want to eat them but we are okayed. She then insisted that she asked the chef to make a fresh batch of 5 for us. This time they were perfectly cooked. I was impressed with her and felt very appreciative. I recommend this place if you like delicious food and something quick.“

“I’ve eaten at Sushi Ari four times in the last two months. I’ve been impressed every single time. I’ve had about half of their menu and each item has been top tier. “Super calm and quiet little hole in the wall teriyaki joint. I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and the little tucked away places like these are always the best! And I was not disappointed! The fried rice was some of the best I've ever had, Tempura shrimp and gyoza seemed very fresh and super flavorful and crispy. I got the Mongolian Beef as my main dish and while it seemed like it was missing something, maybe it wasn't as saucy as I'm used to at other places, but who knows this could be the traditional way to make it so I won't jump to conclusions. It was still very delicious though!

The only little downside is that I wish the meal portion sizes were a little larger. But other than that, service was very kind, it seems like this lovely older man and woman running the shop all by themselves. I had walked in to tonight get a to-go order tonight and was probably waiting a little less than or around 10 minutes, this was a Saturday night too. The place wasn't very busy, but I think it definitely deserves more attention. I will be coming here again!“

It looks like take-out only, but that's what l wanted for my lunch hour.The gentleman who took my order over the phone and rang me up then bagged my food was very polite and pleasant.I ordered chicken teriyaki and egg roll combo. The price was fair and the serving was generous.The egg roll was perfectly crispy, the chicken was right off the grill and tender with charred edges. “I haven’t been here since probably 2 years and I went yesterday and got a ‘moms plate’ which is essentially a family meal and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of goodies you get with it for only 50$ (3 large plates of entrees with fried rice and lots of side dishes&soup) it’s supposed to feed 4 but it definitely can feed more than that. And my favorite sweet and sour chicken has gotten much better since the last time I’ve gone, they must’ve started using better chicken as it was a lot fresher and not dry. “We just ate here for my last night in town because, as a PNW native, every trip home I need to get my teriyaki fix. We went here on my brother’s recommendation and boy, it did NOT disappoint!

My brother and I got the spicy chicken and beef combo. Delightful and pleasantly spicy. If you don’t like spice I wouldn’t get the spicy version but if you do enjoy a tasty amount of heat, this is spot on. Not too hot, certainly flavorful.

The rest of the family got chicken teriyaki, veggie yakisoba, and the chicken and katsu combo. We all shared a plate of gyoza. I tried most everything and all of it was delightful.

My favorite part about the place though was the people working. They were both so kind and remembered my brother even though he hadn’t been able to come by in some time. They bonded with my 4 year old nephew quickly and were wonderfully genuine in their actions. They were very quick to help with anything we needed (nothing crazy, we spilled some water and they came out with a pen so we could label our boxes without us asking for one. Just very helpful in general).

Consider me a long time fan. I will come back any time I am in the area! Thank you so much for wonderful service and phenomenal food!

Parking: Ginger Teriyaki is in a strip mall so parking is right in front of the restaurant.

“Depending on the chef you get makes or brakes the evening. The service staff is OK, but this place is all about the show from the chef. In the last few visits, we have had great interactions, and it makes for a really great experience. I recommend for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries.“

“Got the combo with Chicken Teriyaki and Sesame Chicken for takeout, and was very pleased. Food was excellent, and even though they forgot to put my sauce on the side, they offered to remake it for me! I didn't have them remake it because that would have been just a waste of perfectly good food, but the fact that offered was nice.

Only small nitpick is that for a double plate like that, the amount of rice you get is pretty small. I assume it's the same amount of rice that you get for a single plate, so one more scoop would have felt more balanced.

“Food was cold and soggy to start with. It was old or rotten and made me throw up. After this place got bought out they started using old food. An inspector with half a brain would close this place down immediately. Dont come here or bring your kids here unless you want a trip to the hospital.“

The customer service is...well they take your order and money and you get food, that is it. Perfect. I gave this place a 3.5 star review, but it is definitely a 3.5 worthy place, and if you know anything about Teriyaki in Seattle, 3.5 stars is the best spot for the best Teriyaki, because food is made with love not manners and customer service voice!“

“First time eating at Nami Sushi, and it did not disappoint! We ordered the small boat, which has 20 different items in the boat and 3 different kinds of rolls. We also ordered the tempura calamari and Agedashi with a side of Japanese beer (large bottle of Asahi). The wait staff are attentive and checked on us multiple times. The portions are smaller but the food is really great. My husband didn't particularly like the Mongolian beef. It wasn't bad, but not great either. We could drop by to try other dishes if in the area.“
