Definition of a mom and pops restaurant. This sushi serves the best sushi in Puyallup and have been coming here since I was you. Never had had a bad experience. Thank you Susie and Suki
The food is exactly what you would expect; perfect. Fast and friendly. Small enough restaurant to wave the waitress down if you have questions or need a refill. Not to mention the affordable prices.

Ichiban Sushi Garden is a family-owned business that serves great food and provides excellent service. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious sushi rolls and dishes, including salmon teriyaki and teriyaki chicken. Despite its unassuming exterior, the restaurant offers fresh and flavorful food, with friendly and sweet owners who make customers feel welcome. This place is a hidden gem. Friends brought them here for sushi and it was fantastic. They loved the Hawaiian Sushi roll. Bentos were delicious. It's a small, casual, nothing fancy restaurant run by a cute, friendly, and seasoned couple. Price is also affordable.
