“Super cute place! Was a little nervous coming in due to the outside area but my friends were right there was very good food here for a very reasonable price! We were the only ones in there (we went around 3pm). The lady serving us was very sweet. Will come again!“

“I used to come here almost every day when I worked across the river bridge in Fife, I would come when they had the two old guys back in the mid 2010's and their sushi is the greatest sushi in the world. I've never had better sushi in my life. It completely changed my perspective on sushi and they have always done an elite job on their products. The portions are large and worth the price. It’s such a hole in the wall and totally worth trying out.

“Just stopped for a snack and was very pleased with this place. Excellent, fresh, perfectly prepared! everything seemed hand made, even the noodles. Worth the trip inside even if you’re not already at the mall. I had the Oki teriyaki chicken with fried rice. My son had the shrimp tempura udon.“

“Love this place, taste, portion sizes, ladies at the counter are all amazing. I do have an issue with my shrimp fried rice I ordered last night. Again, container full of yummy rice but only 3 shrimp placed on top. This is not shrimp fried rice, this is rice with a garnishment. It was a let down for sure and luckily doesn't happen often.“

The omakase experience is where Sushi Kuma really shines. Not only is the price amazing for what you get, but the sheer abundance and variety make it feel like a full culinary journey. I’m used to the traditional omakase style where you’re served piece by piece, but here it felt so much more thoughtful and generous. There were starters, appetizers, beautifully prepared sashimi, a wide selection of nigiri and sushi, incredible entrées, and even dessert to finish things off. “First time eating at Nami Sushi, and it did not disappoint! We ordered the small boat, which has 20 different items in the boat and 3 different kinds of rolls. We also ordered the tempura calamari and Agedashi with a side of Japanese beer (large bottle of Asahi). The wait staff are attentive and checked on us multiple times. The restaurant is clean and tables are nicely spaced apart, tables are cleaned immediately. The decor of this restaurant is pretty cool and unusual. We will definitely be back. Thanks Nami Sushi!“

“Interior of Aji Koharu is calming and shelters customers from the rush of traffic on Hwy 99. The food was excellent: well prepared, presentation of various items enhanced the meal, the flavor and texture of the variety of sashimi was each distinct and appreciated. The portions are generous and thank goodness fulfilling of the appetite of our adolescent boys. The adults were also pleased by the generous portions which some of them shared with the young men. Happy diners all around. Some suggestions: music can be less intrusive and unavailable menu items need to be communicated to customers before they look at the menu to make their selection. This can spare disappointment of customer and avoid lost/waste of time for wait staff and customer. We'll share our delight with Aji Koharu with our friend groups and we have made plans to return for more if the excellent dishes at Aji Koharu.“

“I was passing through town and needed to get a bite to eat. This place had good reviews so I thought I would try it. I have to admit when I pulled in the parking lot I was skeptical. I decided to try it anyway. When I walked in, I was pleased to see(and smell) the place was incredibly clean. I was seated by friendly staff right away. I got a bento box and a hand roll. Both were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hidden gem.“

“We submitted a very large group order on door dash for this restaurant, and they were very efficient and able to execute 30+ orders within an hour for pickup. The food is delicious and the portions are absolutely massive. Thank you so much happy teriyaki for feeding our group for lunch, what a great restaurant and group of people!!“

“Friendly service, food is great, plenty of selections; Korean, Chinese, and Japanese foods in one place. I had the spider roll and the Mongolian Beef. I didn’t order the combos on purpose but who knew the Japanese food and Chinese food complimented each other very well. Talking about a great service, my wife order the sesame balls for a dessert. 2 of 5 were a bit under cooked somehow. We broke them a part but didn’t eat them. One other staffs walked by and asked if we didn’t like. My wife told her those 2 seemed like they are not full cooked so we didn’t want to eat them but we are okayed. She then insisted that she asked the chef to make a fresh batch of 5 for us. This time they were perfectly cooked. I was impressed with her and felt very appreciative. I recommend this place if you like delicious food and something quick.“

The bento box combos were surprisingly filling and a great value for the amount of food included. I especially loved the California rolls, and the teriyaki was flavorful and cooked perfectly.

Everything from the moment we walked in was perfect. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The fish was unbelievably fresh—melt-in-your-mouth good—and every roll was beautifully prepared with great balance and flavor.

The presentation was stunning and even the small details—like the quality of the soy sauce and the perfectly seasoned rice—showed how much care goes into their food. We tried several specialty rolls, and every single one was a hit. The roll were a little on the smaller side but made up for it with the taste. Definitely quality over quantity.

The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and relaxing, making it a great place for both a casual night out and a more special occasion. This is easily some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time.

“This is our go to spot for teriyaki in Auburn. The staff are so kind and efficient, their cook is super consistent, and their portions kick ass!! My wife always gets tofu+vegetable yakisoba and has never had a problem with cross contamination (not something we can always say about every place, she has some dietary/food restrictions equating to vegan). We love this place :)“
