Carreta's Pupuseria y Taqueria is a hidden gem serving delicious food from their food truck. The pupusas and fresh-made chips are a dream come true. Their Carreta Plate, featuring a chicken tamale, pork chucklin, pupusa, taco, and yucca fries, offers generous portions and great taste. The steak tacos stand out with their nice flavor and no fat. Customers also enjoy their burrito and quesabirria w/consommé. The friendly and attentive staff make for a pleasant experience. The papusas and curtido are top notch, and the rice is phenomenal. With outdoor seating available, this kid-friendly spot is a must-visit for a mellow and satisfying meal, serving very authentic Salvadoran food.
