This is a truly amazing ramen restaurant. The broth is rich and flavorful without being too salty. They also have a great variety of other dishes to choose from. I highly recommend the curry rice and the fried chicken rice they’re both delicious. The service was excellent, and parking was easy and convenient. Definitely worth a visit!

Food was great , staff was friendly , they were busy , had to wait a bit longer for my Ramen - however found out they were short staffed during my visit , that aside I would definitely go again
My family found our new favorite ramen restaurant. We tried the Gyoza, Takoyaki, Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, Classic Tonkotsu Ramen, and the Kids Shoyu Ramen. Everything was delicious! There is something about their noodles that is so perfectly satisfying and all of the flavors blend cohesively. The takoyaki is incredibly tasty, has me needing more ASAP. Isshin Ramen is a small, cozy restaurant in Auburn, serving delicious ramen and katsu don. The ramen is absolutely delicious, with both the spicy and black tonkotsu providing a first-sip satisfaction. The spicy tonkotsu ramen has a wonderful, mean bite to it. Other dishes are also amazing, including the katsu curry dons, which are very comforting. For appetizers, the gyoza are out of this world, delicate and full of subtle flavor, while the karrage and steamed pork buns are also amazing. During warmer months, the chilled tofu is a simple and clean option. The restaurant is an adorable place with wonderful music, and everyone who serves there is really nice, striking a good balance with customers. It is considered the best ramen in Auburn and the surrounding area.
