Hands down best catfish! I had the fish and waffles with collards on the side. I do prefer my greens cooked longer so they are softer but the flavor was buttery and perfectly seasoned. And I absolutely love that they were not made with pork. Can't wait to go back again!
Omg been looking for deep-fried gizzards for so long. I found them here and delicious they were. And I also had to try her oxtail. I kid you not this is the best I've had up here at PNW. Accidentally came across this hidden southern soul food eatery. I was a little hesitant about the menu and not knowing a whole lot about southern food. And Wow!!! The service was down right friendly. Like being invited to a table with family. The food was served in portions that will not leave you wanting. The food was so flavorful the catfish was great.
