Panda Express in Olympia

“During our summer road trip through WA, the kids (teens) and I stopped here for dinner. We had a positive experience - the place was clean, the staff were helpful and patient, and the food was as expected. It's not easy being in customer service in the food service industry, especially during peak times. I don't expect Mary Poppins - just staff who are efficient and helpful, and that is exactly what we got. I thought the team worked well to fulfill our order and handle a misunderstanding we had about the free small entree without making us feel bad or stupid. We will definitely be returning in the future if we're back in the area.“

“It's a Panda Express in a mall so you know what you're getting, but mostly I wanted to give a shout out to Kelsey who I've seen working the lunch rush solo on multiple occasions. She's always super positive and friendly and does a great job juggling customers, the register and mobile orders.“
