Black Bear Diner boosts huge portion sizes, so much that'll you'll need a doggy bag because you won't be able to finish. This may have been true at one point, but in the present this claim is closer to wild fantasy than actual truth. See the pictures I've attached and draw your own conclusions.

We ate at grand opening day in Olympia location, food was good , fairly fast . The home fries were very good, chicken fried steak was nice and crispy gravy was a meh. Eggs I ordered over med they came w no runny yolk , and absolutely no seasoning, but all and all just opening day issues. They were very busy I’d give it a 3.6 out of 5 my wife’s avocado toast was great , also lacked any seasoning I’d definitely try them again.
