“Great food. Great service. Not all seats are great for people with back pain, but there are some good options at the larger tables. Would love and appreciate better/thicker cushions for the bench seats. All in all, a fabulous dining experience.“

“Stopped in for the summer lunch special and it was a great deal. The tuna poke lunch bowl was $7.99 and the tuna was fresh, generous, and came with plenty of pickled veggies and a good spicy sauce on the side. We also had the seafood ramen, which was loaded with shrimp, scallops, and toppings, and the chicken buns were crispy and delicious.
The place has a fun vibe too — Naruto murals, cherry blossoms over the tables, and a cozy wood interior. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely coming back to work through more of the menu.“

“This is such a great space for the community. Steamboat Island is a tight knit, warm, and welcoming community, and Tipsy Whale welcomes everyone (even dogs!). The food trucks on site are always amazing (especially Messy Mark's!), and the people are so nice. Great spot!“

“From start to finish the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The resort and grounds are beautiful and you feel very relaxed and serene walking and soaking in the views. Food at the restaurant was exceptional and probably the best salmon preparation I've ever had. The spa was simply luxurious and made you forget what time it was! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 10/10“

“I met with someone today who wanted to learn about spinning on a spinning wheel I had for sale. I had never been to this shop, but we wanted to meet halfway between us, preferably at a locally owned coffee shop. We had a wonderful time, and the coffee was wonderful! And best of all, I found out after we were finished there are gluten-free treats!! I made a new friend today, and we hope to meet once a month. We would love to make this little shop a regular meeting point.“
