“To the young man working the drive through window at 6:30pm on 6/21/23- My order got a little messed up tonight and instead of making me go back around or pay more for the mix up he fixed it without hesitation. I’ve had the most miserable afternoon and this small act of kindness meant the world to me. Thank you so much!“

“It's rare but very rewarding feeling when a chain restaurant can garner a 5 star rating. But, on this night, this team impressed me.
The visit was through the drive through portion of the restaurant and upon arrival at the menu/speaker I was greeted by a genuinely cheerful voice who seemed eager to help rather than annoyed that I had the nerve to interrupt what they were doing. I knew what i wanted so my order was placed and I pulled forward. The cashier greeted me with a warm smile, was polite and handled the cash transaction quickly, accurately and that same cheerful manner was still there. I could tell by her voice that she wasn't the person who took my order so this stuck with me.
As i waited for my order, I looked beyond her and go my astonishment, no one was idle. It seemed they all had a purpose and we're all working and communicating effectively as a team AND they are all in good moods. My food arrived and once again, a different person with a very pleasant attitude and what I took as a heartfelt "thank you so much for letting us help you tonight."
I know this sounds like an employee written ooey gooey over the top gusher, but rest assured, I am not, have not nor am i planning on being employed by this restaurant, chain or Yum Incorporated. I don't know anyone who is or was employed by said companies either. But with over 3 decades of working around other people a as a specialty retail administrator, I can tell you one thing. I can not remember the last time I visited a chain restaurant that was staffed with a crew where I bet you my next paycheck that no more than 1/3rd of the crew was legal to even drink, that worked as efficiently and as flawlessly as the ladies and gentlemen did at this restaurant. I felt like I was taken care of, there were no mistakes, I even got everything I ordered. The staff was definitely on point, including the back of the house as they did an outstanding job preparing the meal.
So, I am personally looking forward to my next visit here. More people in this industry need to come and check out how it's supposed to work. Thanks to everyone working the night I stopped by, I was expecting nothing but mediocre at best, but left feeling great about my choice to stop there.“

“Aside from breaking my chicken strips in half to make it appear to be 6 instead of 3 this has been a pretty good place to eat
Parking: Easy to park lots located all around the building
Kid-friendliness: Kids seem to like it hear
They love to ring the bell when we get good service and correct meals.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to use“
