“I've been going here for over 40 years still can't get enough of the BV spread. It is simply the best. Everything's made to order so it's not as fast as like a McDonald's but man the quality is 100 times better. Staff is always super friendly and courteous again I wish they could rate the clients that go through there cuz there's some real jackasses the demand table service when you're at a fast food place. Idiot.. Again, staff and service top notch...fries are awesome especially when they do this seasonal Rosemary shoestring fries. All the seasonal milkshakes are unbelievable.“

“The employees at the drive thru were not only both focused on their jobs but took the time to ask how my day was going with genuine intent. It had been a stressful day but even though the interaction was brief, I felt for a moment , that perhaps humanity has a chance after all.
I also would like to acknowledge that it's refreshing to see that McDonald's,corporate franchise being what may; is allowing their employees to show their individually.“

“A great overall experience!!!! We came to this branch in Centralia (Right about 5pm on Saturday 10/10) because the Chehalis Taco Bell was HORRIBLE with service! So we left there and drove to Centralia where we were VERY PLEASED with our experience. I went inside to order as the drive through was PACKED!! I was greatest when I entered the store. I was asked by 2 employees if I was waiting for an order, delivery, or something else. I was hearing nothing but kind and good things while waiting, so the atmosphere was awesome. They whole time in there was not very long of a wait and I saw so many orders assembled and delivered to customers (mostly drive through) in record time!! GREAT JOB CENTRALIA TACO BELL STAFF!!!!!“

“A&W is my favorite fast food restaurant! They have the best tasting burgers and the best soft serve ice cream!? A&W soft serve ice cream is WAY BETTER than Dairy Queen ice cream! If i could buy A&W soft serve mix i guarentee i would go spend thousands of dollars on a soft serve ice cream machine just to have it all the time! LolI really wish A&W restaurants were around everywhere like they use to be, unfortunately they are getting harder to find becoming few and far between. I hope someday A&W can make a comeback and be in every city and town and with the employees coming out on there roller skates wth your food and amazing rootbeer floats! Show sonic fast food restaurants how its done the right way.“

“I had a disappointing experience on a visit. When I politely asked for a straw, the employee snapped at me and told me it would be in my bag, but there wasn’t one. I also paid an extra $0.60 for extra cheese, and it wasn’t included with my order.

I called the restaurant to let the manager know what happened, and she was kind, listened to my concerns, and asked me to come back. When I returned, she honored her word and even took care of my meal. She didn’t have to do that, and I truly appreciated her excellent customer service. While my initial visit was frustrating, the manager’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right turned the experience around. Thank you for caring about your customers. “The food was excellent i was on a long trip cross country and i really really really wanted some good food and oo man was it sure some real good food really made up for the horrible bus ride where the bus driver QUITE LITERALLY ALMOST KILLED US THREE TIMES FROM FALLING ASLEEP AND ALMOST GOING OFF THE ROAD like no seriously he almost killed us one of the passengers literrally called 911 and the bus was pulled over so and the officer let everyone off the bus that wanted to get off i didnt because i was traveling 2,350 miles via greyhound and didnt want to be dropped off in the middle of no where so yeah the sandwich was super good.“

“Firehouse makes a good sandwich at a reasonable price. I like the BBQ Brisket sandwich or the Steak and Cheese. The meat is tender and the flavor is great. I've been to Firehouse many times and I've always had a consistently good experience. I'll keep comming back.“

“I come to this location about once a month when I'm up here for work. It is the only JITB that is consistently good. Always fresh. I get the same thing 99% of the time, Jumbo Jack w cheese add bacon, this location is the only one that does it right.“

“Wonderful! Ordered easily through app for bogo offer. Picked up at 1030 am inside with no issue. Restaurant was very clean and you could see how fresh the veggies were inside assembly station. Sandwiches were piled high with crunchy veggies just the way I like! Great price for 2 huge subs! Absolutely no complaints 🙂 Highly recommend!!“

“Good food, usually quick. My only issue ever is that ordering off the website can be frustrating. It takes a good 10-30 minutes to get past weird glitches (like telling me my phone number is invalid but there's nowhere to put my number, so I started over and ran into the same issue. FINALLY, a section popped up where I could include my phone number). Other than that, the food is good and service good.“

“I was having a DAY! Angel anniversary of my dad's death. I was in the ER all day and just had some personal drama hit. I spoke to Rose and told her the pizza I needed. I usually order online, but I wanted to make sure I had the single BEST PIZZA ever. For ALL the feelings. Rose was amazing. The Pizza Artist HOOKED IT UP !!! The manager was so wonderful. The lady that delivered was the MOST kind. and they even gave me a sweet treat with a sweet note. It meant the world to me. Even my daughter thought it was the most sweet. You have saved dinner nights and it's always great. Tonight however you really made a solid impression and I'm forever grateful for the kindness you all took for me today.
