Huge shoutout to these two folks for working so hard. I know fast food can be tough, especially during lunch hour, especially with only two employees. These guys deserve a raise!

“I went to the drive up window ordered 2 buy one get the other for a dollar the ad was still on the board at 8:00 pm they said it was over but it was still on the board and they took it off the board as me and my wife were sitting there ordering .so I had to pay the regular price for 2 fish sandwiches.I won't be going back to Castle Rock McDonald's again.“

“I got like the best chicken sandwich i've ever had from here. The wait wasn't bad, mainly because it was just a couple people in the store besides me and my family. The food was definitely worth the price, which wasn't bad. $17 for an amazing chicken burger, and a milkshake that looks like a large but is a regular!! :]

“The girl Taylor who works here and I believe is the manager (if she isn’t, she should be) was one of the most pleasant people I have dealt with in customer service in a very long time. Even with us showing up half hour before close, she was SO kind and made amazing sandwiches. She deserves a raise!“

“Colby’s Burger and Fries is so stinking good! 🤤 I ordered the onion burger 🍔, and it was absolutely delicious....juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly (My husband said the same about his burger!) . I also tried the shake of the month, the Grasshopper, and wow… it was so thick and creamy. Honestly, 100x better than the Shamrock Shake at McDonald’s! We also had to try the new seasoned fries, and they did not disappoint...perfectly crispy, super flavorful.If you haven’t tried them yet, you definitely should!!! “We live in Hillsboro and frankly it's all I can do to choke down some BV so you can imagine how unexcited I was when my wife was craving Burgerville on a roadtrip back from Mt. Rainier. we stopped at this location and the experience was FAR AND AWAY better than the Hillsboro Store. (at Longview) The patties were hot and juicy, the tomato and lettuce were nice and fresh, the fries were hot and crispy. Is that so much to ask? Then I asked to see the Manager just to tell them HOW TERRIFIC it was and (I think his name was Kyle) was so friendly and professional- I felt like I was on another planet. As a matter of fact, I think I am going to burn my house down and move to Longview. It's JUST THAT GOOD. Thanks, Longview BV! I had almost given up on an old favorite.“

“This place is NOT a restaurant but a great convience store which has amazing Louisiana Chicken which is always available for breakfast, lunch or dinner! They carry lots of other hot food which is really good too! It smells so good when I walk in as the hard working employees are always cooking something delicious.They always carry great selection of Frazil Slushies with or without caffeine. Coffee is always fresh . They have a very large variety of beverages and snacks. Great customer service too! The store always smells and looks so clean!

“I've been to two separate A&W locations recently, and both have been very good. I got the bacon cheeseburger, really impressed by the fresh ingredients. Pickle is nice and crispy, bacon is cooked well, burger patty has decent maillard for a fast food item. People are sleeping on these places.“

“During our road trip through WA, we dropped by this McDonald's. Ample parking outside and it was clean inside, including the restrooms. You'll need a code for the restroom. The service was good, and they worked well taking orders, serving food, and cleaning eating areas.

We got our food pretty quickly and it was what we expected from McDonald's. We used the self-serve kiosk (printer is broken) but answered my questions politely and patiently. Would have no problems returning there if we're in the area again.“

“this Subway at the Chevron in Toledo Washington is absolutely awesome they make the best sandwiches they are so friendly the place is clean every single person that works there is so nice and I can't say enough about it I eat here probably at least me and my husband I'm not exaggerating three times a week so come on in because they are great“

Staff are pulled in multiple directions by having headsets that don’t allow them to be fully engaged with the customer in front of them.

“I am camping in town and we wanted a pizza. We got a pizza from Papa Pete’s in Ridgefield. It was the best pizza i have had since i was a kid, only 40 years ago. This pizza rocks. Now I am sad it is so far away from my home to have one again soon. I love this pizza. Thanks for a great pizza.“

“This has to be hands down the cleanst BK I have ever been in. It was absolutely spotless in the dining area, soda machine and bathrooms. Very friendly staff and the girl taking our order saved us money by bundling our food as a 2 for $7. The people in the back were jokomg around with each other and seemed to be enjoying what they were doing. The Whopper Jr and Chicken sandwich were as fresh as you can get at a BK. Will be back the next time through Kelso.“
