Ordered a chicken strip basket for my daughter and had to sit and wait for a huge line of door dashers to be helped before we were served our food. We were told 3 times by different workers that the lobby closed in 10 minutes when we hadn’t even received our food. Finally the food came and my daughter was given about 5 minutes to eat before they turned the lights off in the lobby and left us sitting in the dark at 9:02pm. The cake designers don't know how to spell. I went in to get a graduation cake. I had wanted "Congratulations Cameron", I got "Congradulations Camron" (see photo). When I went back to complain, I got awful customer service. I do not recommend getting anything from this place. This was after waiting a half hour for the store to open because their opener didn't show up on time.
