$14 for a 6-piece chicken strip meal is a ripoff. The strips are tiny and my food was cold when I got it. Service here was also horrible. In the future I will go to Safeway and get three times as many chicken strips for the same price or less.

Horrible service, the manager Tasha is a joke and the service is completely out of hand… they need to start hiring experienced.. treating customers and left a new worker all by herself …..

Something is "off" with the Kelso Dairy Queen as of late. Mainly the food side. Burgers, which are usually fresh, now taste like they have been precooked and sitting for a while. (Reminds me of a bad Burger King burger) Same thing with chicken strips, and the fries have been particularly bad lately. Ice cream and Blizzards are still OK though. Restaurant maintenance also seems to be lacking a little. This used to be my favorite Dairy Queen in Longview-Kelso, not sure what has happened.
We ordered several blizzards. They were perfect. They came out quickly and were the proper order. Each of them read a different flavor because I had 4 different kids. I asked for a smaller than normal kids cone and got what I asked for.

We ordered a simple double cheese burger, 2 small blizzard and got a wrong order. We returned it tell them they give us wrong order, sad part is they still give us the wrong one the second time. By the way we pay $30.07 for it did not get a receipt for it.

I ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard but there were no cookie pieces. Got a mini blizzard for more than the cost of a gallon of ice cream.
