Per Nick the manager's suggestion, we will not be returning to the Kelso store. If you place an order on the app for pickup, be forewarned that it is the customer's responsibility to get drinks and sauces regardless of what the app claims. Two of our drinks were filled and waiting. We ordered four. When I pointed out that we were short two drinks, the employee said, "Well, I can give you two cups." The crew here will never get your order correct, you always have to check, and double check if they say "everythings there" and have the worst customer service I have seen.

I went through the drive-through and I wanted to buy a nacho fry because they didn’t have it on the app but I already placed an order on the app. They said they could not do multiple transactions and that if I wanted to get more than one I would have to go back through the drive-through, which is stupid in itself, because I was just checking in my mobile order and buying something from them. I’m highly irritated.
