Per Nick the manager's suggestion, we will not be returning to the Kelso store. If you place an order on the app for pickup, be forewarned that it is the customer's responsibility to get drinks and sauces regardless of what the app claims. Two of our drinks were filled and waiting. We ordered four. When I pointed out that we were short two drinks, the employee said, "Well, I can give you two cups." The order is sealed...I checked for all the items, but didn't realize the family had added sauces. There were zero out of 20 sauces included. We have NEVER received a complete order. So, per Nick, we are done.

I went through the drive-through and I wanted to buy a nacho fry because they didn’t have it on the app but I already placed an order on the app. They said they could not do multiple transactions and that if I wanted to get more than one I would have to go back through the drive-through, which is stupid in itself, because I was just checking in my mobile order and buying something from them. I’m highly irritated.
Finally got the one item on the menu that I get there everytime I go: (Mexican Pizza)! It's a little high priced at around $5 after tax, (and it used to only be a couple dollars), but still worth it in my opinion!Parking: A bit tight and limited on the parking area, but that's why I always just try and use the drive thru (however, that can a bit ridiculous at times as well)!
For my wife we ordered a chalupah cravings box which has a beef chalupah in it among other items. I ordered a deluxe cravings box, which has a chicken chalupah in it.When we were eating at the table in the dining area, I started with the nacho fries which come only in the deluxe cravings box. The I started on the chicken chalupah, but it wasn't chicken, it was beef. My wife was eating her chalupah, which turned out to be my chicken chalupah. I guess the Taco Bell cook who put our order together got the chalupah's mixed up.Otherwise we were happy with our food and drinks.

It's a fast food restaurant. The service was subpar this time. The last who was training was also the women taking our order at the window, so she did not seem very pleasant at the time. I am hoping she just had a long day. The food order was correct, which is always nice and fast, at this location is a bonus.

Hey doods, I just went here 9 pm december 5th and well I just wanna say that food is goodMy order was the crunchwrap supreme (which is my first time having it) and it was damn good, I modified it to change out the tomatoes and sour cream for guacamole and it seemed to work very well, also make sure that the meat is on the extra settingOr else you don't get much
