I don't normally review chain restaurants but this place needs some serious help. I'm giving two stars because they recently updated the place so the lobby was clean and the one girl working there this time seemed to know what she was doing. Other than that they change out workers all the time that are very slow or appear to not know what they are doing. I don't blame them entirely based of lack of training. Would have given more stars but was a disappointment of a visit. Started out with a 15 minute wait to get to even talk to someone with only 1 order ahead of me there was a new guy and someone who had been there I assumed would be training the new guy but she spent her time in the back. I saw multiple people leave during my time due to extended wait. Managers didn't pass word to employees working today that I would be coming in with a large order. They were not ready to process the order in the time specified. BUT the food was good as always.
