I've eaten at Subway in Castle Rock, WA several times in the last week. I saw their BOGO50 offer and so placed an order online instead of ordering in store. Both sandwiches had about half of the meat as the sandwiches I've had previously this week. The sandwiches were the "Series" footlongs and they are supposed to have double cheese also. They had been previously but these with the BOGO 50 offer did not! What a dishonest, & unethical company!

Terrible service and attitude. Placed an order on the app to be picked up, waited 30 minutes AFTER the app said it was READY, and when I called to check the status I told them I had been waiting for 30 minutes the person in the background of the phone call who was being asked about the order said “I don’t care, it doesn’t ruin my day”. My order hadn’t even been made. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and will be going to a different Subway.

I've been getting food from this Subway for the sole reason of it being local, I primarily use the app and over half the time they completely ignore the special instructions or are out of something and make the sandwich without even mentioning it. They are constantly running out of bread types and toppings, so be careful when ordering online.

One of the worst customer service horror stories in my life. I don't even know where to start. The gal was working alone on a Friday at 6p. Many of us stood in line watching her make several online orders. It was obvious we weren't going to get service for a while. When I asked her why she was alone, she glared at me. I then asked her when she would help those of us standing in line she glared at me. They were out of meatballss and that's what I went in for. When I asked for the owners phone number she wouldn't give it to me. 3 of us customers walked out in disgust. They will never get another dime out of me.

I don't normally review chain restaurants but this place needs some serious help. I'm giving two stars because they recently updated the place so the lobby was clean and the one girl working there this time seemed to know what she was doing. Other than that they change out workers all the time that are very slow or appear to not know what they are doing. I don't blame them entirely based of lack of training. I got an a side order of meatballs and they charged me for a full 6 inch. They also didn't have the meatballs ready so they put them in this tray that was clearly very dirty and sitting out to be put in the oven and they still came out ice cold. There is bread "out on display" which involves 4 foot longs of each and they can't keep enough ready for actual customers. The wait time here is crazy long and I have never had a fast experience. I've been coming here years every now and then and it still is not great. I have placed online orders and they are not done by pick up time having me to wait in line with everyone else. I also am not expecting a 5 star restaurant but I'm expecting a simple sandwich to be made, workers that have good practice of hygiene, clean kitchen utensils and food in a decent time.

I’ve been to this one before and usually it’s great. But I went in this time and they were not busy at all. One person in there and one mobile order. They were out of the Italian herbs and chz bread and no cookies. Ice machine was broke and when I told them just got a glare and a we know. Nothing was done nor was a sign put up. Very rude customer service. Worst experience I’ve had in a while.
