“Overall a good visit, but the vegetables are wilted and appear to have freezer burn (just being too cold, then warming to room temperature for too long).

Staff are pulled in multiple directions by having headsets that don’t allow them to be fully engaged with the customer in front of them.

“Some people tell me that Subway has gone downhill; That has not been my experience. I like Subway, The food is always good there and the service I receive is always outstanding. I go there with a group of about 15 other people and I never hear any complaints from them either.“

“We got an order to go. The food was okay but the manager was less than helpful when my gift card did not work. They made no effort to help problem solve..... the card had never been used and yet we were told that had a zero balance. Rather than help us figure it out, day just asked for an alternate payment method.“
