Lo and behold-what arrived was our order with a sweet little note apologizing for the missed delivery (not potbelly’s fault AT ALL). Thank you thank you for the kind gesture. “The new owner is friendly the old one not so much. My family and I love going here. Very sanitary, nice and bright inside. The sandwiches are delicious. My husband and I love getting the #20 we just add turkey. It’s our favorite!! Our son loves the #27 TBA. I highly recommend this location if you want delicious sandwiches and amazing customer service. We have become regulars the owner already knows what we are ordering everytime! “So basically their staff is always amazing here but I thought I would share my experience for proof. For context, I ordered online from them for the first time today because I lost my voice due to a medical reason and I'm supposed to talk as little as possible. I showed up wayyy too early to pick up my order and had to type them the name on my order because I couldn't talk. Still even after all of that they got my order out as fast as possible and were extremely understanding about my issues.“
