I call corporation on them I tried calling district manager. I tried calling members of the corporation and nobody would return my phone call. it's like they don't care what happens to his Jack in the Box. we had family come from Indiana for vacation they wanted to try it because they never had it before they swore up and down they would never go to another one
I normally do not go out of my way to recognize employees of any establishment because customer service is a hit or miss nowadays no matter where you go. But the exception to my rule was Dillon, T. at the Longview store on 15th Avenue, his genuinely warm greeting, inviting attitude, attention to detail and his confirmation of my order seemed something out of an employee training hand book from the days when I worked in fast food in the 80’s that young man deserves not only...read full review
Robert H. Has gone above and beyond, and definitely deserves a promotion or a raise because he made sure everything was right before we left, took the order, served the order, and he was running the front of the store when we came in. Jack of all trades with a crazy good attitude and work ethic. Go Robert.
