“Excellent customer service. Fast and friendly. I can't remember the lady's name with the pink hair but she was just amazing and so friendly and helpful.
It's always great when you can customize your own pizzas. The pizzas were all fresh and tasted really good. There was plenty of parking, and we went in on Friday, and it wasn't very busy with plenty of seating in the afternoon. The garlic cheesy bread was really good, too.“

“Around 1:45/2pm on a Saturday - they were very busy and seemingly short staffed a person or two, but the crew was doing a really great job. Clearly exhausted and slightly overwhelmed BUT making it happen nonetheless! Just wanted to shout them out for making the best of a situation outside of their control :)“

“A Lil pricey , but what isn't these days, clerk was very helpful, got the colossal burger & the vampir ( seasonal) the 1 double colossal filled my husband, he said great flavor & I know the vampire burger was DELICIOUS tons of garlic great flavor , I also got the chicken salad between the burger & the salad it became 2 meals for me. Even my husband who hates fast food fries said there's was real good & I agree..i didn't like the pumpkin shake it tasted fake but the mocha drink was gd.3 burgers 1 fry ,1 salad & 2 drinks with $5 tip was almost $69.00 ... more than I expected for sure. Thank god it was gd at least“

“Update: had an interesting experience. Went through another round of simple instructions being missed on my order, waiting on it for an exorbitant amount of time. 2 sandwiches and a large fry. The team members and manager who helped me at the counter were very friendly and got my order correct. But I can’t voice my frustration enough with whoever is making food because they seem to have the hardest time following instructions printed on easily read labels. Mind you, my burgers weren’t that complicated; only mayonnaise, ketchup, and onions. As simple as can be. Took the crew three tries to get it correct. The first time had pickles, the second try didn’t have onions, and the third one finally had all the ingredients even though they sprinkled onions on my cheeseburger when I asked for extra, but that’s another complaint I kept to myself. Thank you to the managers on duty.

I go to McDonalds regularly and this location used to have mediocre service but they’ve really stepped up their game these past two weeks. Typically, they’d forget an item or get a customization as simple as No Mustard wrong but the employees have been improving.“

“I've had a rough go of things the past few weeks, and I really love Pizza Hut's breadsticks. I saw they had a promo for wings, so I decided to get some wings and breadsticks for dinner. Every person I encountered when I went to pick up my order was friendly, welcoming, and kind. I guess they got my order in a little late, I didn't really notice, but they threw in an extra order of breadsticks. It's not a huge thing, but that kind gesture made my whole day! The restaurant is clean and well taken care of. My food was cooked perfectly.“

“Well I won't say Dairy Queen is healthy, cheap, or amazing to visit. However, it's got very friendly people who will whip you up something custom in a pinch if the menu isn't looking stellar. One lady gave me a marshmallow banana fudge shake and that thing was magical. It's a gross corporation but the people that work here make it worth going every few months. I hope everyone is as nice to them as they were to me. The Dilly bars are amazing.“

“A Monday evening and everyone was wanting Panda tonight, this place was hopping! Longest drive through line and inside the same but the 6 person team was running it like a well oiled machine, on top of it, extremely smooth ordering/paying, and everyone I talked to was smiling. In a stressful moment they were fantastic and the food was fabulous even after bringing it back home. Way to go BG Panda!!!“

“Michael provided exceptional customer service. We had an online order I messed up and came in and he was in process of making. He took our order and made it exactly how we wanted it. I proceeded to spill my soad and instead of getting frustrated he just jumped into action to get the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. He showed respect, professionalism, great attitude and exceptional customer service. I hope his managers see what an asset to the company he truly is! We will definitely be back!“

“The employees working the drive through were very friendly and attentive. I wish my taco Bell was this great, our food came quickly and staff was so engaging and nice that it took me by surprise. I dont live in Battleground but if I did I would definitely return.“

“There was an incredibly rude elderly lady in front of my wife and i in line, and the employees here stayed very professional with handling her. I just wanted to give them a pat on the back. Especially the lady directly dealing with her. You did phenomenal and I'm sorry customers can be so mean sometimes. They're just taking their issues out on you, and that's on them. You're doing great!!“
