We don't have a lot of choices for fast food in Columbia Co. BV it's a little better but pricier. Quality vs value for the dollar I'll take DQ above McD, BK, and TB any day“

“Everytime I come here which is like once every 6 months or so when I visit my grandma, its usually dark/late, I always get the kindest cashier that I feel like I could be friends with, the food is always good and makes me question my home mcdonalds. Everything's always almost too hot to eat right away, and the frys dont taste like old oil.“

On a recent visit, they were short an item and immediately solved it with a smart substitution instead of wasting my time. No excuses, no confusion—just ownership. That doesn’t happen without strong leadership setting the tone.

And it’s not a one-off. It’s every visit. Consistent, professional, and actually dialed in.

For anyone who says “it’s just fast food”—no. This is what happens when people take pride in what they do.

To the team and leadership: you’re raising the bar. Other locations should be paying attention.“

“The food is roughly about the same at every subway. However, the staff can absolutely make the experience. I didn't catch his name, but the guy who made my order was awesome! Very engaging, very fun, and funny. I would come back just to have such a positive experience with him again. The other staff seemed to look to him for guidance, so he may have been a lead. The sandwich was good and the experience even better.“

“I enjoy Mod pizza overall. The team here is friendly, laid back and attentive.

The food was tasty, fresh, served hot and relatively quick.

Giving 4 stars to Mod as a whole be air prices feel a bit high for the portions.“

“Look, it's McDonald's, but THIS location is my favorite. It is one of the only ones that has a door to keep the kids from running out of the playground area. It still has a self serve soda machine. The staff brings your food to your table, and they're always nice. My order rarely has mistakes and if it does they make it right. The only negative is the rowdy teens that take up tables in the kids play area and use foul language around the small kids. That situation is highly dependent on the day and time though. I avoid coming here when the HS is out to lunch and in the summer during the weekend afternoons.“

“Food was good . Drive thru is screwy and very difficult for larger vehicles. Better when they opened but now many , many mistakes !! We got mashed potatoes instead of Mac and cheese . No worries . I sent my daughter inside to replace them and get what we ordered . The dude never even talked to her and threw the bag back on the counter with a loud thud embarrassing her . We set off to our destination and realized we had no spoons , napkins and I didn’t get my blackened ranch dip for my chicken . Still have no idea how it tastes . Anyone ? Anyway … long wait . Big bill . Even larger attitude . Not sure it’s really good enough for the service one receives .“
