“Stopped in here on Wednesday March 11 2026.. The burger was exactly like Big Toms only better. I will be going back on saturday for another one, maybe 2...yes they are that good.“

“I've been going here for over 40 years still can't get enough of the BV spread. It is simply the best. Everything's made to order so it's not as fast as like a McDonald's but man the quality is 100 times better. Staff is always super friendly and courteous again I wish they could rate the clients that go through there cuz there's some real jackasses the demand table service when you're at a fast food place. Idiot.. Again, staff and service top notch...fries are awesome especially when they do this seasonal Rosemary shoestring fries. All the seasonal milkshakes are unbelievable.“

“We cannot thank Big T BBQ enough for being a part of my grandpa’s celebration of life car show. They were absolutely incredible from start to finish! The food was amazing, and they generously provided food for everyone who came to celebrate and remember my grandpa. Their kindness, generosity, and willingness to be part of such a special day meant more to our family than they probably realize.

Everything was delicious, the service was wonderful, and so many of our guests raved about the food afterward. It was such a thoughtful contribution to a day that meant so much to our family.

“A&W is my favorite fast food restaurant! They have the best tasting burgers and the best soft serve ice cream!? A&W soft serve ice cream is WAY BETTER than Dairy Queen ice cream! If i could buy A&W soft serve mix i guarentee i would go spend thousands of dollars on a soft serve ice cream machine just to have it all the time! LolI really wish A&W restaurants were around everywhere like they use to be, unfortunately they are getting harder to find becoming few and far between. I hope someday A&W can make a comeback and be in every city and town and with the employees coming out on there roller skates wth your food and amazing rootbeer floats! “I had a disappointing experience on a visit. When I politely asked for a straw, the employee snapped at me and told me it would be in my bag, but there wasn’t one. I also paid an extra $0.60 for extra cheese, and it wasn’t included with my order.

I called the restaurant to let the manager know what happened, and she was kind, listened to my concerns, and asked me to come back. When I returned, she honored her word and even took care of my meal. She didn’t have to do that, and I truly appreciated her excellent customer service. While my initial visit was frustrating, the manager’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right turned the experience around. Thank you for caring about your customers. “Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s, which is how I usually order. The service was actually pretty good this time — the person taking my order was nice and the overall interaction felt smooth.
The only issue I tend to run into (and it’s really my main gripe with McDonald’s in general) is that when I order my burgers plain — nothing on them, no toppings, and definitely no cheese — they sometimes forget and add things anyway. It doesn’t happen every single time, but it’s frequent enough that it stands out.
Aside from that, I’ve been pretty satisfied. Yesterday’s visit was a good one, and I appreciated the friendly service at the window.“
