“Stopped in here on Wednesday March 11 2026.. The burger was exactly like Big Toms only better. I will be going back on saturday for another one, maybe 2...yes they are that good.“

“I and my family frequently have cause to drive down I-5 between Seattle and Portland and the glowing, neon signs of other international fast food conglomerates attempt to lure us when we’re feeling peckish - but they always fade, like dying stars, into the background in comparison with the steadfast, beloved beacon of the Centralia Burgerville.

While we are there, ostensibly, to fill our bellies with a Northwest Classic, or a basket of the sensational, but ephemeral, rosemary fries, or perhaps to indulge in one of the excellent milkshakes….it’s the friendly, helpful, professional service of the wonderful staff that keeps us coming back. Seriously, every single Burgerville employee I’ve ever interacted with has been a delight. Either you have extremely rigorous hiring and training standards, (and/)or you must be paying above the market rate to attract top talent to your franchises, and it’s working. They all deserve a raise!

I was particularly smitten with the seasonal pumpkin shake.

“We cannot thank Big T BBQ enough for being a part of my grandpa’s celebration of life car show. They were absolutely incredible from start to finish! The food was amazing, and they generously provided food for everyone who came to celebrate and remember my grandpa. Their kindness, generosity, and willingness to be part of such a special day meant more to our family than they probably realize.

Everything was delicious, the service was wonderful, and so many of our guests raved about the food afterward. It was such a thoughtful contribution to a day that meant so much to our family.

“Best big fatty crazy good burger I've had. I had the wakin bacon burger which has fried eggs and bacon on it it was to die for and so was the shake fries and cheesecake I got with it.. highly recommend ten stars.. oh and I got it door dashed at 1 something am because they're open till 2am“

“A&W is my favorite fast food restaurant! They have the best tasting burgers and the best soft serve ice cream!? A&W soft serve ice cream is WAY BETTER than Dairy Queen ice cream! If i could buy A&W soft serve mix i guarentee i would go spend thousands of dollars on a soft serve ice cream machine just to have it all the time! LolI really wish A&W restaurants were around everywhere like they use to be, unfortunately they are getting harder to find becoming few and far between. I hope someday A&W can make a comeback and be in every city and town and with the employees coming out on there roller skates wth your food and amazing rootbeer floats! Show sonic fast food restaurants how its done the right way.“

“The employees at the drive thru were not only both focused on their jobs but took the time to ask how my day was going with genuine intent. It had been a stressful day but even though the interaction was brief, I felt for a moment , that perhaps humanity has a chance after all.
I also would like to acknowledge that it's refreshing to see that McDonald's,corporate franchise being what may; is allowing their employees to show their individually.“

“I had a disappointing experience on a visit. When I politely asked for a straw, the employee snapped at me and told me it would be in my bag, but there wasn’t one. I also paid an extra $0.60 for extra cheese, and it wasn’t included with my order.

I called the restaurant to let the manager know what happened, and she was kind, listened to my concerns, and asked me to come back. When I returned, she honored her word and even took care of my meal. She didn’t have to do that, and I truly appreciated her excellent customer service. While my initial visit was frustrating, the manager’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right turned the experience around. Thank you for caring about your customers. “I come to this location about once a month when I'm up here for work. It is the only JITB that is consistently good. Always fresh. I get the same thing 99% of the time, Jumbo Jack w cheese add bacon, this location is the only one that does it right.“
