The employees at the drive thru were not only both focused on their jobs but took the time to ask how my day was going with genuine intent. It had been a stressful day but even though the interaction was brief, I felt for a moment , that perhaps humanity has a chance after all.
I also would like to acknowledge that it's refreshing to see that McDonald's,corporate franchise being what may; is allowing their employees to show their individually.
