If you enjoy homemade kimchi ask aunty for some - she sold me a small container and its excellent. They have very cute original t shirts w animated nigiri. In a sea of fast food these guys offer something better.
Highly recommend the chicken fried rice. Not a fan of the sesame chicken.
I am only in Centralia twice a year but this is my go to place there. It is surrounded by lots of junky restaurants (McD, etc.) but hidden back in there is the gem, always decent food and reasonable prices, staff is reasonable friendly. You can get Teriyaki any place so I always so for the Sushi. Their Facebook page is crap as is Facebook itself with dead links, a few useless reviews, etc. Facebook is dying format buy I digress.
