A great overall experience!!!! We came to this branch in Centralia (Right about 5pm on Saturday 10/10) because the Chehalis Taco Bell was HORRIBLE with service! So we left there and drove to Centralia where we were VERY PLEASED with our experience. I went inside to order as the drive through was PACKED!! I was greatest when I entered the store. Every single time I go through their drive-thru, I’m met with nothing but happiness and respect! I absolutely love their staff—they’re all so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care about their customers. You can tell they really take pride in what they do! ❤ Hands down, my favorite Taco Bell!
Great spot but they had forgotten to put all of our order in the bag so I'd say before you pull off make sure you have everything in your bag!

Taco Bell serves good food, but can be inconsistent with orders. Customers should be prepared for potential mistakes, such as incorrect ingredients or sauces. However, many reviews highlight the friendly staff, which can help resolve issues. The restaurant has a spacious parking lot, making it easy to find a spot, although exiting can be tricky. It is a kid-friendly and wheelchair-accessible location that accepts card payments only. While some customers have experienced mistakes, others report that the drive-thru is typically super fast and the food is hot and made correctly. The positive attitude of employees, like Jostin, has been appreciated by many, and management is often willing to help when needed.
